Q - How Long Will My Hair Take To Be Delivered?
A - 3-4 working days.

Q - Can My Hair Be Dyed?
A - we do not recommend you dye your hairpiece.

Q - Is My Hair Piece Human?
A - The Hair is a human hair blend which means it is a mixed with a little Futura for added Bulk.
 
Q - Do you have a colour chart?
A - Yes under shop colours.
 
Q - How Many pieces do I need to order?
A - We recommend 2 pieces if you have very thick hair or require mega volume, otherwise 1 is          usually enough.

Q - How long are the extensions?
A -24 inch but can be cut to size by the client.

Q - How Much Do They Weigh?
A - A staggering 140grm per piece
​
Q - How wide are they?
A - They are 11 inches wide giving you a whole head running ear to ear in one straight line with
      5 clips attached.

Q - What heat can be used?
A - Up to 160 degrees any hotter and they could burn, not suitable with ghd's.

Q - Can my hairpiece be styled?
A - Yes you can use heat was dampen straighten and curl.

Q - Can I wash the extensions?
A - Yes, we recommend baby shampoo {any brand} gives optimum results when washing.

Q - Can I return my product?
A -Yes you can however there are strict policies on returns, we happily exchange/refund on any       hair piece that has not been removed from the packaging, it must not have been placed in         the hair.
